2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any products that have been customized or made to order are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Sale and Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Pack the Item: Please carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  4. Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if parts are missing, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss the available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them to our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
