- Personalized or Custom Items: Any products that have been customized or made to order are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Sale and Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return.

- Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if parts are missing, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss the available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
