Refund and Returns Policy

At Timeless Craftsmanship, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you can return it under the following terms:
- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Exchanges: If your product is defective or damaged, we offer exchanges. Please contact us at support@timelesscraftsmanship.com for instructions on processing exchanges.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
